Due dates
Due dates set off the start date
What it is
The onboarding form is the trigger that generates the whole engagement: contacts per role, credentials stored, and every task for the next twelve months dated off the start date.
You need this if a human reads the form and then sets up the project, because you've built a queue with a person in it, delaying the real start of the work.
If you already generate tasks from onboarding, the next step is the AI work beginning from that same submission, so drafts exist before the kickoff call.
The actual build

What it does for you
The whole first year of deliverables and check-ins gets dated and assigned the moment the form is submitted
Client work starts before the kickoff call
so the first meeting is a review rather than a briefing.
Contacts, credentials and access get captured once and land where the automations need them
so nobody chases logins in week three.
Built and running
Shipped for multiple companies, including Growthflare, Your Social Currency, Epic Ads Lab, School of Bots, CreoSocial and GP Socials. The School of Bots form chain creates contacts per role, stores platform credentials, builds the task hierarchy and raises a platform-verification task automatically, as part of the ~2 days → ~2 minutes onboarding and 12× capacity.
