What it is

Payment lands and the whole setup runs itself: account, pod, Slack channel, folders, docs, tasks, welcome, contract, access.

You need this if onboarding means someone's working a checklist for two days, capacity per team member is capped, and you need a waitlist to manage the influx of new clients.

Your client also spends their first 48 hours after paying watching nothing happen, which is exactly when buyer's remorse forms.

If onboarding is already documented, this is the difference between a checklist that scales with headcount and a system that doesn't.

The actual build

Onboarding Flow — the as-built system.

What it does for you

01

A two-day setup becomes a two-minute one

so capacity per team member stops being decided by admin.

02

The client's first experience after paying is fast and professional

which is where retention gets won or lost.

03

Every client gets an identical setup

so nothing gets skipped on the week the team is busy.

Onboarding went from ~2 days to ~2 minutes, fully automated and deposit-triggered. Per-team-member capacity went 5 → 20 clients, "12× capacity for the year", on a base of $100M+ generated for 3,000+ clients.

before we'd have to send over the contracts ourselves, send over the payment link, manually create a Slack channel, add them to Slack, send them a whole onboarding email… now it's basically just, I click a few buttons and pretty much everything I just mentioned gets done in an instant.

Also CreoSocial (Steven): Running 8+ months. Growthflare, Your Social Currency, Epic Ads Lab and The Makenzie Company also shipped
