Asset Generation Flow
Generate Google Docs, Google Sheets, client portal logins, and all necessary assets to deliver your service so that you're not copy-pasting dozens of files.
How it runs
Trigger
Setup job with one record ID
Step 01
Dispatcher
Parallel — 5 jobs
- Drive folder tree and docs
- Notion hub
- Team tasks
- Database table provisioned
- Portal login
One job failing does not take the run down
Step 02
Each lane marks success or fail
Step 03
Status roll-up says what to retry
What it is
One trigger generates every artifact a new engagement needs, as independent parallel jobs: folder trees, docs from templates, workspace hubs, tasks, database tables, portal access.
You need this if starting a client means duplicating last client's folder and find-replacing their name, paying an hour of senior time for work with a 100% error-repeat rate.
If you already template your assets, splitting generation into independent jobs is what stops one failing step from silently leaving a client half set up.
The actual build

What it does for you
Every asset for a new engagement exists before anyone opens a tab
so delivery starts on day one instead of day three.
Jobs run independently
so one failure is one retry rather than a broken setup you find out about later.
New artefacts get added as a new lane
so evolving your delivery doesn't mean rewriting the onboarding.
