What it is

Every client gets dated activation milestones on day one, and a twice-weekly sweep chases whatever is pending or overdue to a named owner.

You need this if you don't know what happens with each client in their first 90 days, and early churn stays invisible because nothing is monitoring it.

If your team is already attentive, milestones make attention a schedule rather than a personality trait.

The actual build

Milestone Systems — the as-built system.

What it does for you

01

A stalling client gets caught in week three instead of at the renewal conversation

which is the only point where you can still fix it.

02

Every overdue milestone attaches to a named person

so "someone should look at that" stops being the outcome.

03

Activation becomes a measurable number

so you can finally tell whether a delivery change improved retention.

Live

we know that the clients are the most susceptible to churn risk in the first 90 days… so we have an early warning system.

A Tuesday and Friday Slack digest chases every pending and overdue milestone so nothing slips after onboarding. It's one arm of the retention system Anissa describes:

Want this one built into your business?

Thirty minutes, no deck. We map what you run today and tell you what it would take.
