What it is
The rocks, the scorecard and the weekly meeting live in the same system the work lives in, so priorities get tracked against real progress rather than against what someone remembers in the meeting.
You need this if your quarterly priorities get set at an offsite and next reviewed at the following offsite, which makes EOS a document rather than an operating system.
If you already run L10s properly, this removes the meeting prep and makes the scorecard reflect operational data rather than numbers someone typed in that morning.
The actual build

What it does for you
The quarter's three priorities stay visible against real progress every week, not just at the review
The leadership meeting agenda assembles itself
so the meeting runs whether or not anyone had time to prep.
The scorecard pulls from the operating system itself
so the numbers in the room are the numbers in the business.
Built and running
School of Bots
LiveWhere a "Plan One Rock" scenario runs against the DFY scorecard, creating the weekly task for each rock and de-duplicating so a rock can't spawn twice.
